FAIR LAWN, N.J. -- Henry Liebman, of Fair Lawn, died Nov. 13. He was 102.
He was born Oct. 11, 1914.
Liebman lived a full and wonderful life, which ended peacefully with his loved ones and caregivers nearby. He came to the United States with his family through Ellis Island at the age of 6. He was a butcher and a salesman.
He was predeceased by his wife, Sydelle.
He is survived by his children, Marcia Geller (Liebman) and her husband Jerry and Stuart Liebman and his wife Arlene; grandchildren, Doug Geller and his wife Jessica, Scott Geller and his wife Hannah, Matthew Liebman and his wife Nicole, Joel Liebman and his wife Caitlin and Andrew Liebman; and great-granddaughter, Addison Geller.
A funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Robert Schoem's Menorah Chapel, 150 West State Route 4, Paramus.
Donations in his memory can be made to Temple Beth Sholom of Fair Lawn or to Valley Hospice of Valley Hospital.
